Grafted and no-grafted cornelian cherry fruits, size and antioxidant properties video

--
The fruits of the grafted cornelian cherry tree are one and a half times the size of a two-euro coin, but they lack the medicinal and antioxidant properties found in the fruits of wild mountain trees.

Cornus mas (commonly known as Cornelian cherry) is a wild and semi-domesticated mountain shrub or small tree native to Southern Europe and Western Asia.

Its small, bright-red fruits are highly regarded as a "superfood" due to an exceptional concentration of health-promoting antioxidants that often surpass common cultivated fruits.
